At La Favorita Shoes, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all provided inserts to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
